THE challenge

  • A business requirements and functional design specification was created to clearly articulate the minimum delivery standards aimed at addressing the experienced business challenges.


  • Business process maps were adjusted to illustrate both the current (as-is) and future (to-be) processes.


  • A key enabler of the strategy was to implement a fit-for-purpose Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to manage the movement of materials through the value chain. A comprehensive comparison matrix of available ERPs was developed to identify the best-fit option for the client.
